Thirty days, no hoops. If Document Makeover does not turn your documents into PDFs you are happy to put your name on, tell us within 30 days of purchase and you get your money back.
Reply to your Gumroad receipt email, or write to support@documentmakeover.com from the address you bought with. You do not have to explain yourself, and there is no form to fill in.
Refunds are issued through Gumroad to the original payment method. Gumroad usually processes them within a few business days; how quickly the money appears after that is up to your bank or PayPal.
When a refund is issued, your access to the download is withdrawn and your license to use the software ends. We ask that you delete the files you downloaded.
