What to write about

• Before you buy - anything you want to check first. Whether it will handle your kind of document, what it does and does not do, how the AI extras work.
• Trouble opening the app - the most common cause is opening it straight from the zip. Unzip the download first, then open index.html from the folder that appears.
• A document that will not convert - tell us the file type and roughly how long it is, and we will tell you what is happening.
• Refunds - see the refund policy; a plain email is enough.
